Store and Share Static Data in Updated Source Control!

We are pleased to announce the release of the new version of our MS SSMS add-in for easy tracking and deployment of changes, dbForge Source Control for SQL Server, v2.0.  The updated version allows version-controlling static data, includes support for the latest SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and more.

Static Data

Along with database schemas, dbForge Source Control for SQL Server allows storing and sharing any SQL object and static data.  In particular, you can:

  • Link static data to a repository.
  • Commit, revert, and get the latest changes to your static data.
  • Handle static data conflicts.

Tracing support

The feature helps to log any problem can be logged and send to Devart for quicker investigation.

dbForge Source Control is completely compatible and easily integrates into the latest Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2018.
