Here comes an update of Devart ODBC Drivers, our high-performance connectivity solutions that enable access to a variety of data sources from ODBC-compliant reporting, analytics, BI, and ETL tools on both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows, macOS, and Linux. Our Drivers fully support standard ODBC API functions and data types, grant easy and secure access to live data from 80+ sources, and can be integrated with 100+ third-party tools.
Now, let’s take a closer look at what’s been introduced in this update.
ODBC Driver for PostgreSQL
- We’ve added support for the recently released PostgreSQL 17.
- We’ve added support for pgvector, an open-source PostgreSQL extension that provides vector similarity search capabilities.
- Finally, now it’s possible to connect to PostgreSQL databases in the newly implemented read-only mode; it works perfectly for cases when the accessed data must not be modified.
ODBC Driver for NexusDB
- Here, we’ve added support for NexusDB 4.75.10.
ODBC Driver for Zoho Billing
ODBC Driver for Zoho Books
ODBC Driver for Zoho CRM
ODBC Driver for Zoho Desk
ODBC Driver for Zoho Inventory
ODBC Driver for Zoho Invoice
ODBC Driver for Zoho People
ODBC Driver for Zoho Projects
- Now the users of all Zoho-related ODBC Drivers can work with data hosted in Canadian data centers.
ODBC Driver for Podio
ODBC Driver for Freshworks CRM
- These two Drivers have received an updated SQL engine, which will help query data even more effectively.
ODBC Driver for xBase
- Here, we have implemented support for the BITTEST function in SQL queries.
ODBC Driver for NetSuite
ODBC Driver for ShipStation
- For these Drivers, we have enhanced compatibility with Microsoft Access—namely, you get an improved display of all data types upon connecting your NetSuite or ShipStation data as linked tables.
ODBC Driver for ASE
- We’ve added an option that shows object metadata for the current schema only. It’s a very helpful option in case there are multiple schemas in your database with a huge list of objects. From now on, you can conveniently narrow it all down and save your precious time.
ODBC Driver for Microsoft Access
- This is where we’ve enhanced the Driver’s compatibility with Microsoft Excel—what you get is an improved display of all types of Microsoft Access data in your Excel worksheets.
- We’ve also implemented support for SELECT and UNION queries, which work similarly to views in other database systems. Now they can be executed in the Direct mode.
ODBC Driver for HubSpot
- We’ve implemented support for associations, which represent the relationships between objects and activities in HubSpot. Record associations can exist between records of different objects (e.g., Contact to Company), as well as within the same object (e.g., Company to Company). You can use the associations endpoints to create, retrieve, update, or delete associations between records, or records and activities.
